Ingredients

Cake

  • 250 g all-purpose flour (2 cups)

  • 80 g unsweetened cocoa powder (¾ cup)

  • 400 g sugar (2 cups)

  • 1½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • 2 large eggs

  • 250 ml whole milk (1 cup)

  • 1 tbsp white vinegar

  • 185 ml hot coffee (¾ cup)

  • 180 ml vegetable oil (¾ cup)

  • 1–2 tsp vanilla extract

Simple Syrup

  • 250 ml water

  • 200 g sugar

Bariloche Cream

  • 250 g dark chocolate

  • 200 g heavy cream

  • 200 g dulce de leche
